Gull’s Rest, one of our winning projects from the Midwest Home Design Awards was featured on KSTP TV during an interview with Katelyn Bloomquist, Editor of Midwest Home Magazine. “The floorplan is split between private spaces and public spaces and has a really great blend of traditional and modern. The library is my favorite moment in this project. You can look out to the lake, you can cozy up with a book, you have your morning coffee — it’s an awesome way to start your morning.”
