Composed Colonial

This classic Georgian Colonial has been home to the present owners for over two decades, and for the past 18 years we have worked with the family to make it the elegant home it is today.

The first phase transformed the sagging second floor porch into a jewel box of a sunroom. Next, interior refinements were made to the front entry, powder room, second floor bathroom and attic. The lower level was then brought up to snuff. Recently, the attached garage was removed to make way for an open kitchen, mudroom and light-filled family room. Interior millwork and detailing throughout the house tie the new to the old. A private walkway between the house and garage welcomes family and friends to the new back door.
