The owners of this beautiful property on Lake Minnewaska wanted to build a house that would take advantage of views overlooking rolling countryside to the east and a gentle slope down to the sandy beach on the west. The design was to provide indoor and outdoor living spaces, protection from the harsh Midwestern winters and plenty of space for guests, storage and entertaining.
