Years ago, an old farmstead was surrounded by the expanding town of Marshall in southwestern Minnesota. When new owners purchased this unique rural lot set within the town, the barn was restored to be an office and workshop. Next, the chicken coop was cleaned up to function as a potting shed. The old farmhouse was sold and moved to another site providing the opportunity for a new house.
