Come tour one of our recent projects! Home #16 at 2700 West 43rd Street in Minneapolis will be open to the public during the tour. This new home, in the heart of Linden Hills, sits on a tight corner site, and seeks to find a balance between its traditional neighbors and it’s modern construction. The gabled and hipped roofs create a familiar silhouette, while its large windows, open floor plan and stair tower make this a fresh take on the classic neighborhood house.
The Minneapolis/ St. Paul Home tour is a free, self-guided tour through a number of homes in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The tour hopes to “encourage people to stay in the neighborhoods that they love, and to maintain and improve the cities’ housing stock”. The tour is open on Saturday, April 26th from 10 am to 5 pm, and on Sunday, April 27th from 1-5 pm.
